This is a simple questionnaire/sign-up to show your interest. After receiving it, we will contact you with dates and timelines.

If you want to dive deeper, we invite you to also take the DisCO Challenge. The Challenge is a more involved exercise that takes you through the Seven DisCO Principles. As long as you're a group, how you envision meeting the Principles qualifies you as a DisCO. Note that there is some redundancy between both surveys, so feel free to copy and paste relevant answers from one to the other.

Individual or Group?

It takes two to tango, but three to DisCO. The DisCO Journey is primarily aimed at groups. Preference will be given to existing groups but if you're an individual seeking to DisCO we will match you during the Journey with existing or new groups.
